Every day we have to deal with inefficient use of working time, equipment, transport, materials, energy and other resources, which directly affects the efficiency of operating activities, and as a result, the volume of profits. Local application of numerous tools to improve operational efficiency by individual functional services does not always lead to the necessary results.
We propose a systematic approach that will allow us to combine all efforts to improve the company, create a single mechanism for improving the quality and dynamics of internal processes, which will interest each employee in solving problematic issues and improving efficiency – both his personal and the company as a whole.
